What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify growth opportunities and diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Art, and Marketing to execute the product vision.
• Manage seasonal content, events, and monetization updates based on community feedback.
• Write detailed product specs and briefs to guide development.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer in gaming.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end (prioritization, scoping, shipping).
• Familiarity with Roblox Studio (navigation, asset organization, and feasibility discussions).
• Experience with live service products and frequent update cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
