Director of Product, Consumer Frontend (Gamedev): Leading the product vision and strategy for hirify.global's consumer-facing UI and design systems with an accent on UI standardization and cross-platform consistency. Focus on driving design system adoption, managing complex platform-wide A/B tests, and integrating AI to enhance UI efficiency at scale.

Location: Based at HQ in San Mateo, CA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Monday and Friday are optional. No remote option available.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core UI, Luau architecture, and Design System teams.
• Lead common UI paradigms for both end users and Creators across multiple platforms.
• Drive UI standardization and design system adoption through intense stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Manage and grow a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and hiring.
• Directly manage critical projects and communicate milestones and priorities to executive leadership.
• Research and deploy AI to drive innovation and efficiency in UI design at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience shipping high-quality consumer products across multiple platforms.
• Proven track record in defining and driving the adoption of design systems or UI platforms.
• Expertise in managing internal stakeholders and leading cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and data science.
• Experience conducting and analyzing complex, platform-wide A/B tests.
• Must be based in or be able to work from San Mateo, CA.
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with the React framework or Luau language.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game UI or multi-platform delivery.
