Salary: $169,600 – $244,000 USD per year (CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA)

What you will do

• Lead Product and Data Analytics teams to analyze competitor KPIs and develop targets for games in development and launch.
• Build strong POV on product strategy via audience insights, competitive research, and product strengths/weaknesses.
• Collaborate with Research & Insights and Product Marketing to define audience segments and market gaps.
• Set KPIs for beta, soft launch, and full launch; formulate product theses and strategies for meta game design, live ops, and monetization.
• Generate engagement, retention, and monetization KPIs; research competitive benchmarks and design impacts on LTV.
• Act as thought leader on monetization and live cadence; build and lead team of Product Managers and Analysts.
• Create strategy frameworks for product assessments and gate reviews across company portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience as a Lead Product Manager or related occupation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; telecommuting permitted only from within the U.S.
