TL;DR

Regional Engagement Specialist (Wellness): Planning and executing scalable employee wellbeing campaigns and communication strategies for B2B clients with an accent on cultural transformation and client engagement. Focus on developing HR communication strategies, training Client Success teams, and monitoring portfolio results.

Location: Must be based in Mexico City (Hybrid), although remote options can be discussed with the hiring manager.

What you will do

  • Support and train local Client Success teams on building client engagement and wellbeing communication plans.
  • Develop strategies to increase reachable market through HR communication channels based on client profiles.
  • Map HR wellness strategies across various sectors and sizes to build scalable wellbeing programs.
  • Engage clients via exclusive and scalable wellbeing engagement plans.
  • Build and implement scalable solutions across the assigned client portfolio.
  • Monitor and control the performance and results of implementation plans.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of proven work experience in related engagement or communication roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully.
  • Mindset focused on results and scalable solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
