What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Pitch new client programs by writing and delivering high-impact presentations.
• Direct and build social media campaigns to exceed client objectives and expectations.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with agency partners and suppliers using an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver world-class programs.

Requirements

• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and detailed briefs with high attention to detail.
• Strong capability in campaign reporting and delivering confident client presentations.
• Proven ability to foster trust-based client relationships and motivate internal teams.
• Deep knowledge of popular culture and current social media trends.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid)
