What you will do

• Record purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using QuickBooks or Xero to maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining employee records and tracking worked hours.
• Gather financial data to assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience using QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including debits, credits, and journal entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related applications.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time.
