What you will do

• Automate manual toil in large-scale VM environments to improve operational efficiency and infrastructure ROI.
• Integrate AI tools for automated code reviews, development frameworks, and predictive log analysis.
• Design and maintain self-service CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Bicep, and Terraform.
• Manage a global platform footprint across Azure IaaS/PaaS, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Implement comprehensive observability stacks across Azure and GCP to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001) through automated policy enforcement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles within complex cloud environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expert-level skills in PowerShell, Python, and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Terraform).
• Strong background in Windows/Linux Server OS, Kubernetes (AKS/GKE), and Helm.
• Ability to perform deep root cause analysis across web, application, and database tiers (SQL Server, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Must be based in the United States to qualify for employment and benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of AI-driven log analysis or automated incident remediation.
• Experience with database tuning for SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
