What you will do

• Design and implement secure, scalable Azure infrastructure and manage CI/CD pipelines with security policy enforcement.
• Enhance system reliability and performance through SRE and DevOps practices, improving observability and monitoring.
• Lead security incident response efforts and develop automated response playbooks to minimize recovery time.
• Manage cloud security posture and compliance using tools like Azure Security Center.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and IT teams to optimize container security and role management.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using Terraform, Python, and Azure Logic Apps to reduce manual intervention.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud security and SRE/DevOps roles, specifically within Azure environments.
• Must be based within the Eastern Time Zone (ET).
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Extensive experience with Azure services including App Service, Functions, Key Vault, and Logic Apps.
• Expertise in Azure networking (Front Door, WAF, Cloudflare, VNet) and monitoring (Datadog, Azure Monitor).
• Proficiency in CI/CD using GitHub Actions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and Terragrunt.
• Knowledge of .NET, Istio, Helm, KEDA, Dapr, and ArgoCD.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certifications.
