What you will do

• Handle day-to-day client operations including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Manage tasks organized in Karbon practice management system across multiple clients.
• Interact with clients occasionally to answer questions or request information.
• Ask team for guidance when needed on client books or systems.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple clients.

Requirements

• Philippines-based with 3+ years full-charge bookkeeping in multi-client environment for US clients, preferably at CPA/CAS firm.
• College degree required.
• Experience with transactional coding, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, accrual entries, financial reporting.
• 2+ years in QBO, Bill.com/Ramp, Gusto/other payroll, cloud accounting tech (Karbon/Double plus).
• Excellent written/spoken English for client/team communication.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, integrity; humility, openness to feedback; positive attitude.
