What you will do

• Manage all aspects of the metal coating process and perform quality judgments on products.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on platherization systems, pre-heat/cure ovens, and cool-down tunnels.
• Inspect parts for quality criteria and determine corrective actions for non-conforming items.
• Maintain production schedules and handle paperwork for conforming and non-conforming parts.
• Use paint measuring devices and scanners to record process data and ensure quality coverage.
• Perform general housekeeping of work areas, including cleaning floors and managing pallets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts, pallets, and returnable bins.
• Ability to differentiate between colors and check shades using sample plates.
• Capability to maintain a fast pace during line hanging and unloading.
• Experience using scanners and printers.
