What you will do

• Formal check of invoices and obtain approvals
• Code and process invoices
• Prepare VAT declarations and IC listings
• Handle AP accruals for month-end close
• Perform account reconciliations for AP accounts
• Process supplier reminders
• Maintain SOX requirements and conduct self-testing
• Collaborate on Integrated Management System compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Demonstrated aptitude for financial analysis
• Strong English language skills
• Experience in a Global Finance Service
