Salary: €36,000 - €54,000

A global bank payment company helping businesses collect and send payments through direct debit, real-time payments, and open banking.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly journals, including accruals, prepayments, leases, and payroll across all entities.
• Own key balance sheet accounts, ensuring monthly reconciliations and timely resolution of variances.
• Provide P&L variance analysis and commentary for key cost areas.
• Assist with the preparation and documentation for annual audits.
• Prepare VAT returns.
• Support the Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller as required.

Requirements

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified or nearly qualified.
• Several years of industry experience in a management accountant role.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with multi-currency balance sheet reconciliations.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar accounting packages.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
