GMM Intern (Material Master Data): Ensuring accurate and timely creation of Material Master Data on a global SAP platform for hirify.global worldwide with an accent on following Global Data Standards and contributing to their adjustments. Focus on providing insights into product creation cycles, acting as liaison between departments, communicating issues effectively, and sharing findings to improve processes.

What you will do

• Ensure Material Master Data is created on time and accurately per briefing from Marketing/Initiative Leader.
• Follow Global Data Standards from Data Governance Team and contribute to adjustments for changing needs.
• Deliver “Data Readiness” during Innovation stages and lead related work.
• Provide clear insights into product creation cycle and data to support stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between Master Data departments for timely follow-up.
• Communicate customer issues, align responses with business needs, and prioritize resolutions.
• Share findings structured to enable quick actions, reduce repeated issues, and boost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or final years (Engineering, BA or similar).
• Good technical skills in Excel and SAP.
• Root Cause Analysis mentality with ability to propose and deliver improvements.
• Team player mindset.
• Strong sense of individual accountability and personal drive.
• Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge processes.
• Good English level and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in Microsoft Access and Visual Basic.
