What you will do

• Manage monthly and annual commission processes, including revenue reconciliation, goal tracking, and calculations.
• Enhance reporting, process efficiencies, and system automations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and BU Finance teams to exceed profit expectations.
• Provide transparency into sales performance through improved reporting and analysis.
• Address commission inquiries and perform compensation plan analysis.
• Conduct data mining, reporting, and maintain desktop procedures while meeting SLAs and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Advanced English level
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 4+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or similar business partnering role.
• Experience with commission/compensation processes and partnering with Sales teams preferred.
• Excel required; experience with OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, SmartView ideal.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques to deliver business solutions.

• Experience in an offshore Shared Service Center.
