FP&A Reporting & Analytics (Finance)

TL;DR

Financial Analyst (FP&A): Supporting foundational FP&A processes, Engineering Capex, and headcount analysis with an accent on data accuracy, trend surfacing, and decision-making support. Focus on developing reporting dashboards in Power BI, reconciling internal/external data, and structuring executive-level financial insights.

Location: Alajuela, Costa Rica. Not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Support Engineering FP&A via Capex/T-USE tracking, headcount and expense analysis, and forecasting.
• Perform trend and market analysis across revenue, bookings, and expenses by reconciling internal and external data.
• Maintain and automate Power BI dashboards using Oracle Fusion and other reporting tools.
• Prepare data-driven materials and structured insights for management and executive presentations.

Requirements

• BS in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• English proficiency required.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Power Query.
• Experience with ERP tools like SAP or Oracle.
• Must be eligible to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.
