What you will do
- Define key Moments of Truth across the customer journey to drive onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Identify critical signals from product usage, engagement, and technical health to indicate customer progress or risk.
- Track customer progression across journeys to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation of agentic journeys where signals automatically trigger the appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align journey priorities.
- Partner with Agentic Program Managers to translate playbooks into scalable initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital experience, customer success, or Product Led Growth (PLG).
- Deep understanding of Move to Cloud (MTC) and Data Analytics journeys for both SaaS and on-prem environments.
- Proven expertise in journey mapping and translating designs into actionable engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify insights for action.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around customer outcomes.
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
