Salary: £24,000–£28,000 per annum plus a discretionary bonus of £2,500.

• Provide technical support and product advice to customers pre- and post-sale.

• Research and identify new industry technology to integrate into the product offering.
• Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows, involving occasional travel.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Brentford.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong aptitude for technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
• Ability to work toward targets and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
