TL;DR

Hyperscaler Operations Specialist (Cloud): Leading and scaling the operational backbone of Hyperscaler practices to streamline operations and maximize engagement for programs and services with an accent on operational lifecycles and reporting. Focus on managing usage discrepancies, forecasting program incentives, and optimizing Marketplace process integrity.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee. Candidates residing in the state of Hawaii cannot be considered.

Salary: $85k - $95k USD (mix of base salary and bonus)

What you will do

  • Oversee and iteratively improve the Hyperscaler operational lifecycle, including onboarding and monthly usage reporting.
  • Maintain and optimize the Marketplace process experience and integrity.
  • Manage the tracking and remediation of non-reporting partners, usage discrepancies, and billing disputes.
  • Monitor expirations, renewals, and terminations to ensure timely internal action.
  • Recruit hosting partners into relevant programs and report on execution and incentives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft SPLA program.
  • Demonstrated practical experience using AI to improve workflows, automate tasks, or enhance decision-making.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in the USA (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft services incentives programs.
  • Experience in creating and processing Private Offer orders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
