Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble and debug complex electro-mechanical production test systems.
• Develop and execute validation plans for test systems and fixtures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on test equipment.
• Maintain design documentation, including schematics and Bills of Material.
• Support production personnel in resolving technical problems on released test systems.
• Design and document new test fixtures.

Requirements

• Technical school diploma.
• Minimum of one year experience in production test and electro-mechanical assembly, including ICT, Functional Test, and Reliability Test (HALT, HASS).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting analog, digital, and high-voltage circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical engineering drawings.
• Work authorization and ability to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA.

Nice to have

• ASEE degree.
• Certification in IPC soldering techniques.
• Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with FDA QSR documentation.
