What you will do

• Build and maintain effective relationships with new customers and executive stakeholders to understand their objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer goals using a consultative approach.
• Manage the full onboarding process, including account configuration, product training, and change management activities.
• Monitor customer health metrics, usage, and adoption to drive ongoing value throughout the subscription term.
• Conduct periodic business and strategic reviews to ensure alignment on industry trends and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Renewal and Cross-Sell teams to meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• English: B2+ proficiency (Resume must be submitted in English).
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• General IT experience or exposure.
