Client Relationship Associate, Wealth Management

TL;DR

Client Relationship Associate (Wealth Management): Serve as the initial point of contact for retail customers, managing inbound call volume and providing outstanding customer service with an accent on brokerage account trading and servicing. Focus on handling client requests, account setup, basic transactions, and preparing for FINRA licensing.

Location: Five-day per week in-office position in Boston, MA office (121 Seaport Blvd). Start date as early as January 2026 with additional opportunities after May 2026.

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 USD

What you will do

• Handle retail client inbound call volumes (30+ calls/day) and all associated client service requests for the Investor Channel team.
• Assist with account set-up, documentation, and basic transactions.
• Support advisors with scheduling and follow-ups.
• Learn financial services basics and prepare for licensing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related business field preferred (or 1-3 years financial services experience in lieu).
• Obtain FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7, 63 (within 90 days if not held), and 65/66 (within additional 9 months).
• CRPC designation expected within 12-24 months.
• Strong commitment to client experience, knowledge of retirement planning, adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards.
• Strong work ethic, inbound/outbound calling experience, leadership traits, excellent communication skills.
