Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Salary: $96,640 – $142,000

What you will do

• Lead PLG analytics for the self-service business, focusing on conversion rates, usage-based cohorting, and growth experimentation.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions using Python and SQL, collaborating with Data Engineering to move pilots to production.
• Build strategic partnerships with sales and marketing leaders to turn hypotheses into actionable experiments.
• Create tight feedback loops with sales teams to validate play effectiveness and evolve dashboards and cohort models.
• Synthesize complex data insights into concise takeaways for executive stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain analytical toolkits, including scoring models and segmentation frameworks.

Requirements

• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with PLG/Self-Serve metrics (activation rates, free-to-paid conversion) or usage-based SaaS environments.
• Ability to work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop business solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the US (excluding restricted states).
