Location: Fully in-person in San Francisco (New York City also mentioned)
Compensation: $340,000 – $380,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for the healthcare vertical, focusing on US Payers, Providers, and Life Sciences.
- Close flagship, multi-year, 7-figure-plus deals with the largest healthcare logos in the US.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, including CIOs, CXOs, and Chief AI Officers.
- Author and iterate the healthcare sales playbook, including ICP, account plans, and qualification rubrics.
- Translate buyer pain into ROI cases and bring the voice of the healthcare buyer into product decisions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to shape healthcare-specific trust, safety, and compliance postures.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 4 years selling into healthcare.
- Demonstrated track record of closing 7-figure, multi-year deals in complex, compliance-gated procurement environments.
- Proven ability to own C-suite relationships over long sales cycles.
- Experience as a playbook builder, creating account plans and qualification frameworks.
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment with ambiguity and evolving pricing/products.
- Must be based in or able to work in-person at the San Francisco office.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI, conversational AI, or contact-center AI into healthcare.
- Existing rolodex within top 10 US Payers, top 30 US health systems, or top 20 Life Sciences companies.
- Founding-seller or first-vertical-hire experience at a prior startup.
- Training in MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar value-selling frameworks.
