What you will do

• Lead a global team of 20+ professionals across Service Desk, Infrastructure, SRE, and Compliance functions.
• Direct the global IT Helpdesk and specialized VIP Support for executive leadership.
• Oversee global network architecture and SRE frameworks to ensure high availability and rapid recovery from system failures.
• Serve as the functional lead for IT regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, SOC2) and cybersecurity governance.
• Manage Loss Prevention strategies to mitigate hardware theft, data leakage, and unauthorized access.
• Oversee multi-million dollar budgets and manage offshore vendor relationships (BPO/MSP).

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT Operations.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep familiarity with ITIL frameworks, SRE principles, and modern GRC tools.
• Proven track record of managing teams of 20+, including remote and offshore resources.
• Ability to translate complex technical data into business-centric reports for the C-Suite.
• Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid).
