What you will do

• Resolve practitioner inquiries regarding credentialing, re-credentialing, and contracting via the telephone queue.
• Perform credentialing activities according to specific plan specifications.
• Capture and document practitioner change information in the appropriate databases.
• Manage administrative tasks, including pulling and downloading CAQH applications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of practitioner files, records, and participation data.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 down/10 up Mbps).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically word processing and spreadsheets.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare preferred.
