What you will do

• Coordinate and track commercial initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and timelines.
• Manage tickets, document requirements, and maintain system statuses for daily execution.
• Handle content and asset inputs, including version management, approvals, and pre-launch quality checks.
• Maintain and optimize consumer-facing content areas, such as Online Magazines, for clarity and completeness.
• Perform regular content checks and light performance monitoring to improve the customer journey.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Business Administration, Economics, Management, or similar).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and reliable approach to documenting tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with collaboration tools (Jira or Asana is a plus).
• Interest in e-commerce, conversion optimization, and B2C/B2B models.
