What you will do

• Own the DACH marketing strategy, executing initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales to define local acquisition strategies and create localized marketing materials.
• Manage PR initiatives, build relationships with media and industry experts, and secure speaking engagements.
• Plan and execute high-impact local events and develop strategic partnerships with marketing associations.
• Localize blog posts, reports, and whitepapers in coordination with the central content team.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize DACH market positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or brand management, preferably in SaaS Martech or Influencer Marketing.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Deep understanding of the DACH influencer marketing and media landscape with an existing network.
• Experience in organizing external events and confidence in public speaking.
• Must be comfortable working remotely.
• Strong track record of creating appealing marketing materials (case studies, reports, brochures).
