Location: Frankfurt, Germany. Must spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Support the creation, adaptation, and execution of marketing content across digital channels, including websites and social media.
• Monitor and analyze competitor digital presence, content, and campaign approaches.
• Maintain recurring marketing content for private investors and optimize presence on third-party platforms.
• Track performance and translate data insights into recommendations for future activities.
• Collaborate on cross-functional and international initiatives within the asset management domain.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Proactive and organized approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Confidence collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Initial practical experience in the financial services industry or asset management.
• Previous exposure to creative marketing work.
