Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and scale hirify.global's organic presence on key channels including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop a strategic playbook for community engagement, defining when to post, reply, or remain silent.
• Cultivate and grow active, trusted subreddits.
• Implement a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI while maintaining authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Analyze and report on sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of SEO and the mechanics of how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write in a platform-native tone, avoiding corporate-speak to earn community trust.
• Must be based in the United States.
