Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global's organic presence across key channels including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop a comprehensive playbook for community engagement, determining when to post, reply, or remain silent.
• Grow and manage hirify.global's subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a content and engagement strategy that scales using AI without losing authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.
• Measure success through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories.
• Platform-native writing style with a strong dislike for corporate-speak to earn community trust.
• Strategic understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Must be based in the United States.
