Location: Hybrid/Remote (Canada). If residing within 50 miles of a hirify.global office (e.g., Vancouver), onsite presence 3 days/week is required.

Salary: CAD $171,200 – $256,800

What you will do

• Define the product roadmap and requirements for the NAI Gateway, prioritizing the backlog for LLM governance and control features.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with global engineering, research, and product teams to navigate technical dependencies.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to translate user needs and competitive gaps into actionable strategies.
• Partner with marketing and sales to develop positioning and go-to-market strategies for the AI Gateway.
• Engage with the open-source community to drive thought leadership in the AI Gateway and MCP server space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping technical infrastructure or platform products.
• Strong technical understanding of LLMs, inference, gateways, API protocols, and data plane architecture.
• Experience driving product delivery across distributed teams.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, evolving market.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging global stakeholders.
• Must be based in Canada (Vancouver hub) or be able to meet the hybrid requirements.
