What you will do

• Partner with functional leads across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Analytics to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to validate technical designs and ensure business alignment on data models and KPIs.
• Coordinate system testing, including SIT and UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes through automation, analytics, and system optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Planning Tower initiatives, managing communication between business and IT leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with planning platforms such as Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or o9.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and MS Excel.
• Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory, and Allocation domains.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
