What you will do

• Own and execute analyst relations strategy, including annual planning, firm prioritization, budget management, and engagement models
• Lead day-to-day analyst interactions, briefings, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Plan and manage participation in analyst evaluations like Magic Quadrants, MarketScapes, and Waves
• Orchestrate briefings with clear narratives, prepared speakers, and supporting materials
• Translate analyst research and feedback into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
• Develop engagement materials and track deliverables, timelines, and commitments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in analyst relations or related roles (product marketing, competitive intelligence, strategic communications)
• Direct experience with major firms like Gartner and/or IDC, managing briefings, inquiries, and evaluations
• Strong synthesis of complex information into clear narratives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging executives
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; travel ~5%
• Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to summarize research, streamline workflows, evaluate outputs, and share insights

• Experience owning AR strategy as solo leader or senior practitioner
