• Use data and feedback to continuously sharpen and improve communication strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in communications, PR, or project management.
• Proven track record of managing integrated communication projects from strategy to execution.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, media relations, and content creation.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Strategic mindset and ability to execute with high precision and attention to detail.
