What you will do

• Process payroll information, including new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
• Maintain the integrity of client and employee databases to ensure all compliances are met.
• Produce client-specific payroll checks, invoices, and standard payroll reports.
• Resolve high-volume requests by taking ownership and coordinating with internal departments.
• Provide backup documentation to the Finance department for wire transfers.
• Maintain accurate delivery instructions and attend weekly departmental training.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kingwood, Texas
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding and entry-level payroll knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Teams.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and arithmetic calculations under narrow time limitations.
