Focus on migrating workloads to multi-cloud environments, implementing advanced GitOps delivery, and establishing firm-wide observability standards.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (Poland), Limassol (Cyprus), or Sofia (Bulgaria)

What you will do
- Develop and execute the SRE and infrastructure strategy to support global expansion and the technology roadmap.
- Oversee the design and automation of cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and Helm.
- Own the GitOps platform end-to-end, including the migration from FluxCD to ArgoCD for progressive delivery.
- Define and enforce reliability standards (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs) and own the firm-wide disaster recovery strategy.
- Establish a single observability standard for metrics, logs, and traces across all engineering teams.
- Lead, hire, and develop multidisciplinary teams across SRE, DevOps, DBA, developer experience, and technical support.
Requirements
- Experience as a Head of SRE, Infrastructure Director, or similar senior leadership role in fintech or high-load environments.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, FluxCD/ArgoCD, and IaC practices.
- Deep understanding of SRE principles, including error budgets, incident management, and resilience engineering.
- Proven experience as a manager of managers, with a focus on hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ability to translate complex technical details into actionable language for non-technical stakeholders.
