What you will do

• Improve service delivery and reliability across the entire software lifecycle.
• Monitor production systems for availability, latency, and overall system health.
• Identify causes of instability in cloud services to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance system resilience and observability.
• Automate manual tasks to identify and reduce operational toil.
• Participate in stand-by, on-call, and off-hours duties.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and operating observability systems for complex cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform or Ansible.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration.
• Experience with APM tools like New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Development skills in JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript in Linux/Mac environments.
• Background in Linux Systems Engineering and sustainable incident response.
