SRE Lead (Fintech)

SRE Lead (Fintech): Building and scaling the TradeOps team to ensure high availability of global trading systems with an accent on reliability, observability, and incident management. Focus on debugging production issues in C++ and Python and designing scalable infrastructure for low-latency environments.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Singapore, Cyprus, or Dubai (UAE)

Salary: from 10,000 €/month net

What you will do

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of global trading infrastructure.
• Manage incidents through rapid escalation, troubleshooting, and mitigation.
• Develop observability systems, metrics, and analytics for trading activities.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues using C++ and Python.
• Participate in regional on-call rotations to maintain system uptime.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify and implement platform improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go.
• Solid experience with Unix/Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Grafana.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (CS, Engineering, Physics, or Math).
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore, Cyprus, or Dubai.
