What you will do

• Act as a Direct Manager for assigned art teams, overseeing performance management and career development.
• Manage team capacity, staffing, and resource allocation according to project needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, and Leads on team structure and project planning.
• Drive improvements in internal operations, tools, and production workflows to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, mentorship, and internship programs.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including time tracking and PTO coordination.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in team management, project management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams within a production environment.
• Proven ability in resource planning, staffing, and managing team performance.
• Understanding of performance management principles within art production pipelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in Poland or Ukraine.
