What you will do

• Design and coordinate engaging learning and development experiences aligned with business priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and development programs for employees and managers.
• Partner with People Business Partners to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities.
• Create compelling learning materials, toolkits, and communications to drive engagement.
• Support talent initiatives including performance cycles, feedback practices, and talent reviews.
• Leverage data and AI-driven solutions to improve learning effectiveness and manage the LMS ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
• Proven experience in designing and facilitating workshops and development programs.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Must be fluent in English (CV must be submitted in English).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Experience with talent management processes like performance management and career development.
• Background in gaming, tech, or entertainment industries.
