Location: Field-based supporting care centers in KS, MO, NE, IA, SD, ND, MN, WI, IL. Requires daily travel via driving/flying, up to 75% overnight/weekend travel, routine entry to hospitals/medical facilities with vendor credentialing (background/drug checks, immunizations).

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with pediatric neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, and key experts at major care centers
• Engage in scientific exchange on clinical/research data with HCPs, payors, and patient organizations, capturing insights for strategic plans
• Deliver fair-balanced clinical/scientific presentations in response to unsolicited requests
• Serve as liaison to institutions for clinical studies and scientific collaborations
• Attend medical meetings/symposia to cultivate relationships
• Collaborate on medical affairs initiatives including publications, education, and training; assist with scientific materials and presentations

Requirements

• Degree in life science or related field; minimum 3-5+ years related experience
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data to HCPs
• Valid driver’s license, personal automobile, active insurance; comply with facility credentialing (training, background/drug checks, immunizations)
• Routine travel daily/overnight/weekend up to 75% within and outside territory

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DNP, MSN, MS, Genetic Counselor)
• 8-10 years experience in pharma/biotech, clinical/academic, including field/Medical Affairs
• Experience in DMD, neuromuscular disorders, genetics, rare/orphan products
• Thriving in small rapidly growing biotech/startup environment
