We are looking for an experienced BI professional with strong Tableau expertise to join our team. The person will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making across the organization.

This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate with stakeholders, understand business needs, and transform complex data into clear and actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into BI solutions
Analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
Work closely with Data Engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality
Improve existing BI processes and reporting structures
Support ad hoc reporting and business analysis requests
Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and management

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau
Advanced SQL skills
Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Good communication skills and business understanding
Experience with ETL processes is an advantage
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Excel is a plus
