What you will do

• Define and execute analytics strategy aligned with company goals, product roadmaps, and revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor a small multidisciplinary analytics and data engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executives to integrate insights and models into the platform.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and automated reporting for business health visibility (GMV, engagement, retention).
• Establish scalable data architecture, accurate pipelines, and data governance protocols.
• Translate data findings into strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Science; 2+ years in leadership
• Advanced SQL and Python/R proficiency
• Deep experience with modern data stack (BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran) and BI tools (Periscope, Looker, Tableau)
• Exceptional communication to explain technical concepts to C-level and cross-functional teams
• Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplace businesses preferred
