What you will do

• Lead end-to-end brand strategy engagements, including positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks.
• Conduct deep discovery via founder interviews, audience research, and competitive landscape audits.
• Develop marketing and GTM strategies, including channel mix and go-to-market storytelling.
• Write high-quality copy for websites, decks, brand books, and social media touchpoints.
• Collaborate with brand designers and creative leads to ensure strategy translates into visual identity.
• Support new business pitches and help scope strategy work within larger production engagements.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in brand strategy at a consultancy, strategy-led studio, or fast-moving company.
• Strong portfolio of brand strategy work (positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks).
• Expert copywriting skills across both long-form and short-form content.
• Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, GTM, and funnel optimization.
• Experience leading workshops with founders and leadership teams.
• US-based candidacy is required (evidenced by 401k and US city specifications).
