What you will do

• Partner with sales and buy-side teams to maintain CLM flow and contract momentum.
• Draft and prepare consulting agreements, professional services agreements, SOWs, and amendments.
• Manage and update contract templates via SharePoint and CLM platforms.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to generate reports for business decision-making.
• Coordinate reporting activities and act as a legal liaison.
• Review agreements for key legal metadata to maintain accurate contract obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts or legal administration.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and experience with CLM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals).
