Location: Hybrid in Bucharest or Prague. Note: Candidates permanently located outside of Romania may be declined.

What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting and deep-dive analysis, including log file investigation.
• Act as the primary technical focal point for IT professionals.
• Take full ownership of customer issues from case inception through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot both hirify.global products and 3rd party components from Microsoft and VMware.
• Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM tool according to SLAs.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Advanced administrative proficiency with Windows Server (2016-2025) and Windows 10/11.
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, firewall configurations, and networking troubleshooting (NAT, ports, DHCP, DNS).
• Ability to quickly learn technical information and communicate it clearly to clients.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UNIX and/or Linux.
• Experience with VMware ESX(i) or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Microsoft Exchange server administration experience.
• Familiarity with Database engines such as SQL or Oracle.
