IT Call Center Operator

What you will do

• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues according to SLA.
• Track and monitor interactions using ServiceNow.
• Manage the full incident life cycle from reporting to closure.
• Assist with PC setup, reconfiguration, and maintenance.
• Update technical documentation in SharePoint and the Knowledge Base.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (including traineeships).
• Proficiency in English and French (B2+ level).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and internet browsing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and remote work tools like VPN, Teams, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience in an ITIL environment.
• Proficiency in other EU languages.
