What you will do
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues according to SLA.
- Track and monitor interactions using ServiceNow.
- Manage the full incident life cycle from reporting to closure.
- Assist with PC setup, reconfiguration, and maintenance.
- Update technical documentation in SharePoint and the Knowledge Base.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (including traineeships).
- Proficiency in English and French (B2+ level).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and internet browsing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and remote work tools like VPN, Teams, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a multicultural environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in an ITIL environment.
- Proficiency in other EU languages.
