What you will do

• Lead all management reporting, planning, and forecasting cycles across the Education division to improve quality and consistency.
• Manage a central team of MRPA managers and analysts to support financial performance activities.
• Partner with regional finance teams to review balance sheets and develop KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Develop divisional mid-term planning models and prepare budget presentations for senior leadership.
• Provide commercial support to divisional Managing Directors on business cases, new initiatives, and new business streams.
• Explore and leverage emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, to enhance forecasting and decision support.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in a complex international organization.
• Operational finance experience supporting a business unit and working with Group planning functions.
• Proficiency in financial planning systems such as Hyperion or Anaplan.
• Strong skills in producing high-quality Board-level presentations and interpreting complex financial data.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid working model.
• Proven track record of improving processes and influencing stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the media sector, including publishing, video, gaming, or music.
• Experience in M&A processes.
