Location: Bradford, UK (Flexible working, bi-monthly travel to Nordics required)

What you will do

• Provide financial reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making for the Nordics leadership group.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve overall business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and present results in business reviews.
• Manage month, quarter, and year-end closing processes, including detailed variance analysis.
• Coordinate the annual budget process and prepare financial forecasts.
• Input and maintain forecast and budget data within the ERP system.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Commercial acumen and curiosity about business operations.
• Ability to travel bi-monthly to the Nordics.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, Tableau, or OneStream is preferred.
