What you will do

• Shape and deliver Game Studio and Content strategies across the product portfolio.
• Define visual direction, gameplay mechanics, and the overall player experience.
• Lead the development of innovative game concepts, themes, and social features to differentiate the brand in the iGaming market.
• Explore and adopt emerging technologies, including Gen AI, to enhance the game design process.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team of designers, artists, and UI specialists.
• Collaborate with the Head of Game Production and Head of Technology to align creative vision with roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in game mechanics, narrative design, and UI/UX principles.
• Professional experience within the iGaming or wider games industry.
• Proven track record of leading and developing creative teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of player behavior and engagement, specifically for bingo and slots.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with mathematical, regulatory, and operational requirements.
